Products
Flowers are a natural product and subject to variation in quality and availability. Therefore, while we will make every endeavour to supply the product as described and illustrated, we reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value when availability requires. In such an event, we will make best endeavours to maintain the general style and colour scheme described.
Similarly, where the product includes a vase or container or a non-floral gift, we may substitute something of similar value and style to that illustrated when availability requires.
Delivery
Deliveries can be made Monday to Saturday. Sunday or public holiday deliveries may be available by request. Contact us on 01332 835864 for confirmation.
Orders for same day delivery must be placed by 12 noon . Orders placed after 12 noon will generally be delivered the following day or at a specific later date if requested. On occasions, same day delivery may be achievable for orders placed after 12 noon . Contact us on 01332 835864 for confirmation.
If the recipient is not at home, we will use our discretion regarding delivery. If some safe area is available we may leave the flowers there. We may leave the flowers with a neighbour. We may choose not to leave the flowers at all. In any event, if we are unable to hand the flowers to a person at the specified address, we will leave a card advising what we have done.
Cancellation and refunds policy for on-line purchases
The customer may cancel their order at any time up to two working days prior to the specified delivery date. Thereafter, because of the personalised, perishable nature of the product, cancellations will only be accepted under exceptional circumstances where the flowers can be utilised to fulfil another customer's order.

In the event of cancellation consistent with the above conditions or in the event of complaint deemed to be valid, the cost of the product will be refunded in full within 30 days.
